Thanksgiving is here! And soon afterwards comes Black Friday, with its variety of markdowns and discounts. If you're looking to spend sustainably during this holiday season, your best option would be to forego Black Friday sales entirely. When everything is on sale, it's easy to lose sight of a brand's practices and shop responsibly. Some consumers may not think about how and when they'll use a product, but how much they'll save by purchasing it.
However, if you're looking to shop for loved ones or have been saving up for something special, you could still enjoy the discounts while shopping smartly. There are many brands who acknowledge the averse effects increased shopping can have, especially around the holiday season. For this reason, I've provided a list of fashion and beauty brands who are donating proceeds as part of their Black Friday sales. If Black Friday shopping is unavoidable, supporting brands who give back can put your mind at ease.

This is a really great post! I love that you thought of this as a topic. I absolutely agree with you that the second a SALE tag pops up all the sustainable ideals go out the window!
I LOVE the graphic! It is so important to invest in people and entities that invest in the community! A great reminder for the holiday season.
I really liked the infographic that you included with the blog post. I didn't know that those companies had those promotions and gave back to the community and different organizations like that. Unfortunately, I don't really shop at any of those stores, but my mom does shop at Old Navy a lot. I'll make sure she's buying a lot from there during the holiday season.
Patagonia is a great one for us App students to support because they provide us with warm clothes for the winter season while also making donations on our behalf. Great Infographic as well!
I love your infographic! I've always wanted to shop at Everlane but never really had the funds to do so. I missed out on reading this post before Black Friday, but I'll make sure to keep these brands in mind for future shopping opportunities!
